Holy crap… October is always a pain for gamers… why? Because of the massive amount of heavy titles that get launched. The titles usually roll into November as well, but let’s have a look at at the current gaming news and all the things I’m looking forward to.

So… it’s been a phenominal day. I’ve had the chance to help a few friends out, I’ve gotten some really great news that should change some things drastically in my life… had a great new film idea that we’re going to start working on… all in all… great day. More after the jump.
No no no… it’s not the end of all that exists! I just have a buddy’s birthday party that I’ll be joining up the in the middle of Wyoming. Not sure about the appeal of driving 3 hours out of the way to sleep on dirt, but hey! As long as it works, right? I was tempted to bring my dog to the camp-out! She’s a Pit-bull terrier for the curious dog enthusiasts out there. However, the campsite does not allow dogs so she’ll have to sit this one out.
Anyway, while I’m gone, I’ve got to give a shout out to Flip who was able to make it down to Comic-Con. They just announced that there will be a playable demo of Little Big Planet available to the attendees. Also there was the new SOCOM (SOCOM: Confratation) game available for demo as well. More excited to hear if he gets his hands on LBP though, so here’s hoping.
