Twitter Test – Ideas?

So the main plot behind this post is to test out the setup of Twitter automatically announcing my updated blog. Which in turn will update my Facebook, and once I add the widget to MySpace, almost all my networking sites will instantly know when a blog update is made. Should be interesting, and this could backfire horribly, but either way, it should be fun to test out.

I had an idea to do as a series on my blog. With the amount of games I play, I’m wondering if a good bit would be to write out the blog as thought I’m in the game. I’m sure someone else has done this, but curious how entertaining it could be. Especially with games like Left 4 Dead, Gears of War 2, Rock Band 2, Dawn of War, the MMO’s are kind of… different. Not sure how those would transpose because they’re very slower paced than the consoles, but it’d be something to comment on. Or Dead Space. Dead Space would be a wicked fun one because of all the horror elements.

Anyway, any feedback would be appreciated. Let me know if it’s a good idea, bad idea, if you’d read it. I’d add my own humor/view to the situation, and the crew I run with online would definitely add some colorful additions to the stories. Thanks for reading!

Twas the day before Xmas Eve

And all through the house… gaming was live and active like it was going out of style! Holy crap folks… anyone who plays games is in a heavenly state of mind at this point.  Allow me to explain:

We’ll pick on the Wii first… YES! I’m actually entertained by a Wii game at this point in my life. It is probably the only Wii title I’ll get for the next long while, but I’m happy that I got it.  To preface this… the greatest way to enjoy this title is to fire up an XBox 360 Party or join a chat room in PS3 while playing this title… it’s Animal Crossing: City Folk.  Still with me? Good, hit the jump for more details.
